Brittany Wilson - Executive Director/Owner

Brittany Wilson is the Executive Director of the Lullaby Inn Learning Centers. Brittany has a Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and a Master’s degree in professional counseling. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri and she has experience working with children that have high behavioral health needs and are challenged with mental illness. Brittany is trained as a registered play therapist with additional certification in Autplay therapy specializing in therapeutic interventions for children on the autism spectrum. She is director certified by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services to manage a facility of 199+ children. Brittany has worked as a director at several preschool centers and has experience operating both small and large facilities. She believes in offering high quality childcare at an affordable rate to families that are looking for a developmentally appropriate program.

Gabby Adkins - Center Director

Gabby obtained her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education from Missouri Baptist University. She received specialized instruction in classroom management and is well-versed in new approaches. Gabby has been employed with Lullaby Inn since the Wentzville location opened and she knows each child individually. She has extensive experience working with children and is committed to the success of the child, no matter what it takes. She is knowledgeable about all aspects of the industry, and she strives to provide your child with high-quality care. Gabby enjoys working with the staff to achieve optimum classroom management and student achievement. It is her goal to constantly learn new methods to help children achieve their maximum potential. She loves working at Lullaby Inn and strives to have positive relationships with staff, children, and their families.

Kara Braasch - Center Director

Kara began her employment with Lullaby Inn as a classroom teacher where she was well-loved by children and families. She quickly became familiar with the expectation of providing personalized care to each individual child. Her professionalism, compassion, and dedication to our program make her a tremendous asset to the management team. Kara’s warm and nurturing personality brings a sense of calm to everyone she encounters. Her extensive experience as a caregiver, combined with her previous role in leadership, make her the perfect fit for the position as the Center Director. Kara is incredibly knowledgeable regarding all licensing, fire, and health regulations. She remains dedicated to ensuring that your child is provided with a safe and nurturing learning environment. Kara enjoys working at Lullaby Inn and she is always available to assist the staff, parents, and children.
 

Alyssa Vihnanek- Center Director

Alyssa attended Olivet Nazarene University where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in non-profit. She began her employment with Lullaby Inn in 2017 as a Pre-Kindergarten teacher. Alyssa’s creativity in the classroom and her ability to capture the attention of the children was a quality that did not go unnoticed. She was offered the position as the Curriculum Director in early 2020 with the responsibility of creating curriculum for all age groups. She thrived in that position and showed tremendous leadership skills while training the staff and being a support system to them. Alyssa has extensive experience in childcare which provides her with a firsthand understanding of children and their developmental needs. She will continue to create and implement the curriculum working alongside the Wentzville School District to ensure the best kindergarten readiness program for all our students. She strives every day to help each child progress in all areas of their development—academic, social, emotional, language, and motor. Alyssa’s objective is to create a positive environment for staff, children, and their families. She will continue providing an excellent program that sets the pathway for a lifetime of learning.
